1. Scope of Coverage

What is covered under warranty

  • Engine Only - Major engine failures
  • Transmission Only - Major transmission failures
  • Excluded: Tires, battery, brakes, lights, audio, interior wear, cosmetic issues

2. Claim Period

When you must report issues

7 Days Only

Claims must be made within 7 days of vehicle arrival at the destination port.

⚠️ Claims after 7 days will NOT be accepted. Report immediately upon inspection.

3. Proof Required

Evidence you must provide

  • Clear Video Evidence - Show the exact problem
  • Mechanic's Official Report - From certified mechanic
  • Detailed Photos - Multiple angles of the issue

4. Compensation Limit
